By accessing our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.

Vee Underwear is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the intimate nature of our products, hygiene standards apply.

Your first purchase of any pair of underwear is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.

Where multiple items are purchased in a bundle, only one pair may be opened and tried. Additional items must remain unopened, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.

If you submit reviews, testimonials, images, videos or other content (including via social media), you grant Ashop Commerce Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify and publish such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, misleading or offensive.

FRAUD, MISUSE & CHARGEBACKS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraudulent, suspicious or abusive behaviour is detected.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of fulfilment to the relevant financial institution.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashop Commerce Pty Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profit, revenue or data
  • Damages arising from misuse of products

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

Where goods are faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Returns & Exchanges

Buy it, try it — don’t love it? —  return it and we'll refund it. 

Your first purchase of any pair of underwear is automatically covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely obsessed (which you will be), we'll exchange or refund you for your first opened and worn pair of underwear within 30 days of purchase.

This means you can touch, try, and experience our product for the first time — risk-free.

To claim our 30-day money-back-guarantee via an exchange and/or refund, please email helpme@veeunderwear.com. We'll get hustling to assist you pronto.

If you're taking advantage of our bundle deals and purchasing multiple pairs of underwear, please ensure you only open and try one pair. In addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee on your first pair, we will also offer you an exchange on all additional unopened underwear products in your first order. If returning additional items, they must be unopened, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please refer to our exchange policy for more information on exchanging your extra pairs.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All items marked as sale or final sale are not covered under our 30-day money-back guarantee and are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

For first-time Vee purchasers only, we’re happy to exchange items that are unopened, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging for a different size or style to ensure you find your perfect pair.

If you're taking advantage of our bundle deals and purchasing multiple pairs of underwear, please ensure you only open and try one pair. This way, we can easily exchange the remaining unopened pairs from the bundle pack.
