RETURNS

We’re Vee-ry serious about hygiene and reducing waste here, and it’s for that reason that we don't offer refunds for change-of-mind. But please don’t take this personally! We’re just extremely confident in the cosy comfort and hoo-ha health appeal of Vee’s undies, and we think you will be, too. 

Of course, if you receive any rare damaged Vee’s, we want to hear about it. And to replace it, fast. To get in touch about a faulty item please email helpme@veeunderwear.com

EXCHANGES 

For first-time Vee purchasers, we’re happy to exchange unopened items in their original packaging for a different size or style to make sure you find your perfect fit. 

To take advantage of this, we’d recommend ordering a bundle pack of knickers (go you, good thing), and then only opening and trying on one pair. This means we can easily exchange the remaining unopened pairs from the bundle pack. 

For exchanges on first orders, we just require you to cover the shipping costs for the switcheroo process.

IMPERFECT SALE: RETURNS/EXCHANGES

There are no returns or exchanges on items purchased in our Imperfect Sale, these items are final sale.
