Opened Pairs
We allow refunds or exchanges on one opened pair per style within 30 days of purchase.

We’ll refund or exchange one opened pair only.
You ordered multiple styles and opened them all?
We’ll refund or exchange one opened pair of each style.
We want you to try Vee risk-free.

If you opened them all, we can refund/exchange:
- 1 × Black Bikini

The rest? Not eligible.
Unopened Pairs
Unopened, unworn, unwashed, and still in their original packaging?
We’re happy to refund or exchange them within 30 days.
Yes — even if you bought multiples.
We may request photos before approving, just to keep things fair and fabulous.
Unopened Pairs (After 30 Days)
If approved, only unopened pairs are eligible and photos will be required before processing.
Return shipping costs will be the your responsibility.
Bundle Orders
Snagged a bundle deal? Smart move.
If you’re purchasing multiple pairs, we recommend opening and trying just one pair per style first.
Your opened pair is covered under our 30-day guarantee. Any additional pairs must be unopened to be eligible for exchange or refund.
Approved returns and exchanges within 30 days come with free return labels.
