How do I earn points?
You earn points every time you place an order with Vee. You earn 3 points for every $1 you spend. Shipping fees don’t count towards points. Once your order is paid, your points will be added to your rewards balance.
When will my points show?
Your points should appear after your order has been processed. Some points may show as pending or clearing soon before they become available to redeem.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log in to your Vee account and visit this Rewards page to see your available points balance.
How do I redeem my points?
When you have enough points and have placed at least one order with Vee, you can use the redeem button on this page to turn your points into Vee store credit.
How much are my points worth?
Every 100 points equals $1 in store credit. For example, 2,000 points gives you $20 store credit.
Do I have to redeem all my points?
Yes. When you redeem, your available points are converted into store credit in one go.
How does my referral code work?
Every Vee customer gets their own referral code. Share your code with a friend, and they’ll get $10 off their first order when they spend $50 or more.
What do I get when a friend uses my referral code?
When your friend places an order using your referral code, you’ll receive 1,000 points — that’s $10 worth of Vee store credit.
Where can I find my referral code?
Log in to your Vee account and visit this Rewards page. Your personal referral code will appear in the Share & Earn section.
Where can I see my store credit?
Log in to your Vee account using the same email linked to your rewards. You can view your store credit in your account profile.
How do I use my store credit?
Make sure you’re logged in at checkout with the same email linked to your Vee account. Your store credit should appear in the payment section and can be applied before you pay.
Does store credit expire?
Nope. Your Vee store credit does not expire, so you can save it for your next knickers-drawer refresh.
Can I use store credit with discounts or bundles?
Store credit works like account credit and is applied at checkout. If you have a discount code or bundle offer, checkout will show what can be used together before you pay.
Why can’t I see my store credit at checkout?
Store credit only appears when you’re logged in with the same email linked to your Vee account. If you check out as a guest or use a different email, your store credit may not show.
Can I transfer my points or store credit to someone else?
Points and store credit are linked to your Vee account and cannot be transferred to another customer.
